What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use this to identify your account and save your study progress.
How we use your data
- Authentication — to sign you in and keep you signed in across sessions.
- Progress tracking — to save which topics you've covered and which PYQs you've attempted.
- Analytics — we may collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't send marketing emails.
- We don't store your Google password — authentication is handled entirely by Google's OAuth service.
Data storage
Your data is stored in MongoDB databases. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
Deleting your data
If you want your account and data deleted, email us at hello@koshh.app and we'll remove everything within 7 days.
